Start Point: Havant Train Station 
End Point: Havant Train Station 

Starting from Havant train station and following the disused railway from Havant to Langstone. From Langstone you will need to leave the disused railway trail and join the pavement over the road bridge over to Hayling Island. Once over the on Hayling Island you can join the disused railway trail again and follow it to the end at where you turn around and head back to the beach or carrying on walking to the beach before heading back.
